DESIGN PREPARATION FOR THE REQUALIFICATION OF THE COASTLINE VLORE – RADHIME – ORIKUM_LOT 2

The study area involves remodeling and regenerating a significant coastal segment of Vlore from Vironi Tunnel to Te Vironi beach and from Aruba to Bora Bora, at a total surface of 1.75 ha. Main priorities include provision for public accessibility, natural regeneration and recovery and removal of informal private establishments together with a sustainable strategy for urban-environmental trade-offs for the Hotel sector.
