The project involved the refurbishment, softscape design, lighting design and styling of the exterior spaces in a ‘90s maisonette apartment on the coastal Riviera of Attica. The veranda’s large depth and semi-open layout facilitated the expansion of the living room area to an outdoor resting and dining area with leafy screens. Decking, gravel borders, micro-cement finishes, indirect linear lighting inform the hardscape palette of the rooftop terrace where a fixed seating corner interweaves with fruit trees, herbs and grasses.
